Why did you create
In the industrial world, 3D is an essential and even inevitable step.
To design a product, a large majority of design offices use 3D design software to create, modify and analyze a product, before manufacturing it.
And yet, when the product goes into production, the paper documents predominate, despite the 3D design work carried out beforehand. Indeed, the documents transferred to production to manufacture and/or assemble the product are communicated mainly in 2D form.
The sometimes digitized instruction manuals are produced by agglomeration of documents of different natures that take a long time to produce:Excel file containing 3D illustrations, 2D plans, Pictures annotated and videos. Laborious and time-consuming, these notices are themselves source of errors and difficult to update according to design developments.
Today, there is no direct link between 3D and communication in the workshop. Result: Engineers waste time generating 2D documents, and miss out on their 3D investment.
This led us to develop a solution which allows to use 3D design data from the design offices for the bring into production, and allow engineers and operators to save time in the assembly and maintenance of their products.
Earn time to market by transmitting the information as soon as possible
Done win time engineers and operators
Reduce the number of errors in drafting and assembling
Organize the training upstream without stopping production
Make operators more independent
Facilitate understanding operators
Follow the evolution of design changes
Improve tracking by reporting information on the smooth running of tasks or issues to be resolved by the design office
compensate to issues of staff turnover and make your operators operational without experience
Offer attractive tools at the workplace for new generations
We were there this year!
